Las habitaciones están excepcionalmente limpias y tienen vistas preciosas.

Nos alojamos en un piso alto con vistas del río y no te puedes creer que estás en una zona central.

Pasamos un precioso nos alojamos con personal servicial y como son jóvenes que puede te dan un buen consejos para salir.

Excelente hotel ubicado en pleno recoleta, habitaciones impecables sabanas siempre muy limpias, baño impecable, personal muy muy agradable siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y a colaborar con uno como viajero para que uno se lleve un bello recuerdo de la ciudad, desayuno muy bueno no buffet pero muy bieno y buen servicio a la habitacion. Realmente de volver ba la ciudad no dudaria de volverme a alojar con ellos.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff was incredible, so kind and helpful, the rooms were large, clean, modern, and the area was well located. Everone at the hotel always went the extra mile to help, answer questions, be friendly and courteous.

Todo, la habitación decorada con exquisito y moderno gusto, de gran diseño, amplísima, con un gran baño, sala y balcón con una hermosa vista. En el último piso tiene un jacuzzi y lo mejor es el desayunador, donde el personal que atiende es de lo mejor, totalmente amable, amigable y sevicial, el buffet es abundante, con café, pan y fruta de calidad. Totalmente recomendable si se quieren ubicar en la céntrica zona de Recoleta.

Estuvimos alojados cuatro noches durante nuestro viaje por Argentina. La ubicacion es perfecta, justo enfrente del cementerio de Recoleta con muchos restaurantes y bares alrededor. Pudimos dejar todo el equiepaje voluminoso e ir unicamente con equipaje de mano para nuestra estancia en Iguazú y Calafate ya que el hotel se encargó de guardarnos las maletas hasta nuestro regreso lo cual fue realmente muy cómodo. La habitaciones son amplias y perfectamente decoradas. Respecto al ruido por la discoteca contigua no tuvimos problemas ya que nos asignaron una planta elevada. En la azotea hay un gimnasio y un jacuzzi al aire libre con una vista preciosa.
El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, cuando vuelva a Buenos Aires me alojaré sin duda en el Urban Suites.

Acabo de estar en el Urban Suites y lo recomiendo sin duda. Un hotel boutique con diseño, comodidad, y una excelente atención. Ideal para luna de miel (como la nuestra), muy romántico. En pocos lugares me he sentido tan cómoda. Nos atendieron excelente: muy buena disposición, amabilidad, ofrecen tours, están preocupadas por nuestra estadía. La ubicación es de maravilla, podes ir caminando a todos lados desde ahí. El desayuno muy rico. Ojalá podamos volver. Se los recomendamos a todos.

I love this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the suites are amazing: comfortable beds and couches; nice decorated; clean and ample bathroom; very well-equiped. Cosy restaurant for breakfast and great location for tourism. It’s not our first time in Buenos Aires and Urban Suites was our best experience.

Urban Suites Boutique Hotel located in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires is what a boutique hotel should be. Attentive staffs from the front desk to the staffs at the dining area. All eager to assist without hesitation. The cleaning crews kept the room and the hotel immaculate and shining clean ! There was one particular dining crew , she remembered my favorite tea and every morning she will have a pot of tea waiting for me...now that's what I call "personal service". The location of this hotel was excellent too....right across from the famous cemetry where Eva peron was laid to rest. Walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. Not to forget free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

I love this boutique hotel. I think that it's the best option in Buenos Aires, if you are looking for very ample, modern and nice decorated suites, with great location and personalized attention. Great value!

“Comfy, clean, and convenient!”
We had a great stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We did not have any problems with any noise from the discos on the block, we felt that our room was very quiet, and very comfortable. We were here over the weekend, and the discos were pumping away when we would come in late... but once locked away in our room... no problems! Anyway, our room was very clean, good all around service, super comfy bed and a very roomy bathroom. We would very likely stay again... this location is prime, and a great location to start any day of shopping or site seeing.

Urban Suites Recoleta is a modern boutique hotel located in the best area of Buenos Aires. There are great restaurants, bars, shops and parks (Plaza Francia) all around, and the Recoleta Cemetery in front of the hotel. Great breakfast. Friendly English speaking staff and nice decorated suites (extremely clean!). Sauna was working great. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

We stayed at this little gem in Buenos Aires. Hotel Urban Suites met perfectly what we were expecting for a Boutique Hotel: great service, outstanding staff, great suites and best location in the city. The hotel is beautiful, modern and brand new. It is close to several good restaurants, pubs, ATMs, currency agencies, museums, parks and art galleries. We stayed in the Master Suite; it was really a pleasure: large suite with nice amenities, very spacious living room, large bathrooms, comfortable bedding and nicest view of Recoleta from the private terrace. Free Internet access was available. We had breakfast in the room, which I honestly recommend it. I couldn’t expect more.

In Buenos Aires ist die Lage ein wichtiges Kriterium, da die Stadt abseits gewisser Viertel durchaus bedrohliche Kriminalitätsraten erreicht. In Recolta dagegen ist es ruhig und das Hotel mittendrin. Von meinem riesigen Zimmer hatte ich sogar direkten Blick auf den berühmten Friedhof, in dem auch Eva Peron ihre letzte Ruhe gefunden hat. Alles top gepflegt, neu und sauber. Nur das Frühstück war nicht sonderlich reichhaltig, aber Argentinier beginnen den Tag ohnehin meist nur mit einem kleinen Cafe. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

I love this boutique hotel. I stayed 10 days at Urban Suites and I really had a great experience. The suites are awesome, very big, modern and with nice amenities. The staff is extremelly friendly. Ahh, you cannot lose the view from the solarium at night. Ideal for taking a drink. Breakfast cannot be compared with one of a 5 star hotel, but is OK. I had a lower suite without any problem of noice. I recommend it!!!!!

“Gorgeous hotel”

Urban Suites is a clean and modern hotel, with friendly staff, situated in an ideal location of Buenos Aires. Plenty of restaurants, bars, parks and museums nearby. There’s a city tour which departs from “plaza francia”, 5 minutes away from the hotel. The Recoleta cemetery is just in front of the hotel. Wi-fi is free and excellent.
When booking a room, I recommend the master suite, lovely view from it. All and all, we will return soon.

On December we stayed for 6 days at Urban Suites for our 15th anniversary. We had a great experience, warm hospitality, personalized service, fantastic staff and nice details in our suite. The location couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay with them again. We highly recommend this Hotel for any event in Buenos Aires.

Small but stylish boutique hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Spent one night here while in transit to Rio de Janeiro. Unfortunately, was very ill but the staff went out to buy medication for me and deliver it to my room. Breakfast was a small continental breakfast but everything you need. Overall, very clean and comfortable, wish I had more than one night there.

“Urban is the best place to stay in Buenos Aires”

I stayed at this boutique hotel last weekend. The room was spacious and clean. It is very well located in front of the Recoleta Cemetery, near restaurants, a few steps of Plaza Francia (nice green area), from where we took a 5 hours promenade through the Palermo woods (lovely). The staff is very friendly and pays close attention to any detail. I travel frequently to Buenos Aires and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in this city. I heard about some problems of noice from the contiguous discotheque in other reviews, but the disco is definitely closed.

Urban Suites Recoleta is very well located in a trendy area of Buenos Aires, with a fantastic view and professional staff. The hotel is in a beautiful and safe area and it is nicely furnished. Wifi works excellent and is free. Check in was professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We had an express check out, as we left the hotel very early in the morning (4am). They nicely offered me coffee and croissants in the front desk before my early departure. I will certainly come back. Take a note: ask for a caipirinha in the 10th floor solarium, near the Jacuzzi, with 30º degrees, amazing..

“Fell in love with Urban”

I stayed at Urban for two weeks and fell in love with the hotel. The staff was wonderful. Suites were nicely decorated with proper amenities and towels. The breakfast was well served and the waitresses were extremely polite.

The hotel is in a great location; nice parks and restaurants nearby; the Turibus has a stop 6 blocks from the hotel, in front of the Museum of Fine Arts. There are also banks, money exchange, pharmacies, all you might need...

The hotel does not have as many services as a 5 star hotel, but the quality of its suites (very nice and ample) and the warmness and professionalism of its staff make it a better choice.

Pasé una semana en urban suites recoleta. Me pareció muy buen hotel, especialmente por el servicio. En la recepción nos brindaron una excelente atención. Lo mismo ocurrió con las camareras del bar. No es un hotel barato, pero está totalmente justificado el precio por el servicio y por las habitaciones espaciosas y muy bien decoradas que tienen. Además la ubicación es excelente.

Fiquei muito supreso com a receptividade dos funcionários do hotel. Todos foram altamente prestativos e simpáticos. O hotel possui quartos novos com ótimas instalações. “Great Location”

Large, modern furnished rooms with spacious bathrooms and a great shower! Staff very professional and friendly and the breakfast had good variety. In terms of the location everything is within easy reach - if not just grab a taxi right outside the hotel entrance. It's within walking distance from the cemetery, MALBA, tree-lined shopping avenues and even two Freddos for your dulce de leche ice-cream cravings. Head out to Palermo Soho for your restaurant needs. A great stay overall.

“Lots of very quiet famous neighbors”

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the Urban Suites Hotel in trendy Recoleta, Buenos Aires. The staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast had hot items and a lot of pastries. The hotel is across the street from the Recoleta Cemetery where some of Argentina's most famous people, including Evita Peron, are laid to rest. There are many nice restaurants nearby serving Argentina's famous beef, ice cream parlors and other great choices. Besides seeing the sights of Buenos Aires, we took a boat trip on the unique Tigre Delta. Buenos Aires is a very European city and we enjoyed walking near our hotel and along the 9th of July Ave, quite possibly the world's widest street.

+ Everythinng was great, from the food to the helpfullness of the staff, to the room. The area the hotel is in was extremely nice also.

There may be noticeably a bundle to find out about this. I assume you made certain good factors in options also.

“Perfect hotel for BA vacation”
My friend and I trvaeld to Buenos Aires for a week in late March, early April. We arrived at the Urban Suites hotel, not really sure what to expect. Well, it was just perfect!! The room was huge for just the two of us (we had a room with two twin beds, as requested). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They literally provided us with restaurant recommendations for every night of our stay and every recommendation was spot on. They called cars for us when we needed one, assisted my friend with a medical emergency, recommended attractions in the city, etc. The location is great as well. We walked most places during our stay. We always felt safe in the neighborhood, which was very important to us. And there was a great steak restaurant right next door that we hit up the night we arrived. I had read reviews online about loud music late at night at the Urban Suites, but we never experienced this at all. In fact, I think the night club that people had complained about is no longer in business, because we didn't see it. The added bonus with the hotel is the breakfast, it was really filling and got us started with a great meal and fabulous coffee - for free - every morning before setting off to explore..

“Great location, huge rooms!”

Very large room - looked just like the pictures - and extremely comfortable! A great bonus to have a sitting area. Great breakfast and helpful staff. The location can't be beat - restaurants and shops at your doorstep without the noise of a busy street. The only downside was construction in the neighborhood that generally began around 7am - but you could still doze through it for a bit more sleep. We enjoyed taking our wine up to the 10th floor balcony to enjoy the views of the city before going out to dinner.

This hotel was conveniently located in Recoleta - right by the cemetery. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to major sights. Not far from nightlife in Palermo.

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a small balcony and the bathroom was a great size. Safe in our room as well. They had a pillow menu so you can choose your preferred pillow type - what a great touch!

Service was efficient and front desk staff were helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out (due to flight schedules).

The breakfast was included and wasn't a huge selection of foods but had a good variety and was definitely sufficient for us.

The club next door has closed down. There were some concerns from other reviews but not noisy at all.

No pool but a hot tub and sauna and small fitness area upstairs on the rooftop.

Overall for the price, it was in a great safe location and very clean. Definitely would recommend!

La pasamos genial, el servicio es muy bueno al igual que la atención del personal. La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa, bien distribuidos los espacios. El balcón le da mayor amplitud. Los amenities y las comodidades dentro de la suite son buenísimos. Ni una crítica para hacer, solo agradecer por permitirnos haber pasado un momento tan agradable y de relax.

Reservei o hotel Urban Suites Recoleta pelo Booking.com , site que sempre utilizo em minhas viagens. Adorei! Hotel agradável, limpo, bem cuidado, café da manhã ótimo, quarto enorme, com escelente banheiro e ainda estar e quitinete. A localização fantástica, bem em frente à praça da Recoleta , próximo de tudo.

El hotel es muy bonito. Sin embargo, tiene pésimo aislamiento acústico entre los espacios dentro mismo y con el exterior.

Se escuchan los tacos de los vecinos todo el día, el carrito del servicio de limpieza varias veces al día, el movimiento de las sillas de los departamentos colindantes.

Además hay una disco, que funciona todos los días y es IMPOSIBLE DORMIR hasta que ellos cierran. Revisando páginas de opiniones acerca de hoteles esto es una queja recurrente desde hace varios años, pero el hotel no lo advierte y el personal reacciona con sorpresa frente al comentario.

Durante nuestra estadía también hubo trabajos de construcción al lado del edificio por lo que tampoco fue posible dormir durante la mañana. Curiosamente, en la noche también se escuchan taladros.

Tampoco tienen balcón todas las habitaciones, cosa que tampoco aclaran en internet.

Por respeto a sus huéspedes por lo menos deberían comentarles acerca del TERRIBLE PROBLEMA DE RUIDOS que tienen y ofrecer precios diferenciales según el tipo de habitación.

Estamos MUY DISCONFORMES CON EL HOTEL.

“Hotel Excelente com localizacao perfeita!!”

Me hospedei no urban suites recoleta e me surpreendeu!
O quarto é super confortavel, muito grande, com 2 camas bem confortaveis, um sofa-cama grande, uma mesa com cadeiras, uma minicozinha com microondas, cafeteira, frigobar.
O banheiro tambem é bem grande, com uma variedade otima de amenites.
A localizacao tambem é maravilhosa, da varanda do quarto dá pra ver grande parte do cemiterio. Varias restaurantes proximos e até mesmo na propria rua, boate, bares, pub, além dos famosos FREDO e HAVANA.
Recomendo a todos! Fiquei muito feliz com minha hospedagem!

La estadia fue placentera desde el inicio hasta el fin, atencion muy coordial y atenta que lo hacia sentir a uno en un ambiente familiar.
Realmente cumplio y hasta supero las expectativas.

“Great Hotel, great location!”

We loved our stay at Urban, a very nice boutique hotel. The decor is modern, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The attendants were always very attentive staff, give a special touch to this hotel in front of the cemetery of Recoleta. The neighborhood that this hotel is located is the most luxurious of BsAs, with several cafes and streets around it beautiful to walk. Worth it. Surely we will return to this hotel.

“Top Notch Through and Through”

We just got back from Buenos Aires. From the time we arrived to this hotel we felt at home. Don't let the tiny lobby fool you. If you are looking for a true boutique hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires, this is the place. The rooms are even better than the pictures. We were a family of three, 2 adults and one 6 year old. The sofa which was very confortable was made for our 6 year old which he loved. Here are the pros & cons:

Pros: Rooms - Modern, clean, spacious, confortable rooms. All rooms have wood floors and a balcony.

Location - You really cannot beat this location. You have Recoleta cemetary dead in front of the hotel, within walking distance to many restaurants, pizzerias, bars, malls, etc.....and centrally located to go to and fro to anyplace in BA in taxi.

Staff - All received you with a sincere smile and willingness to go the extra mile to meet your needs.

Cons: It may be a little pricier than others, but I believe worth the cost for the quality of your stay.

That would really be the only negative....but something one has to determine. FYI, the construction noise a few people mentioned earlier was once an issue I am sure, but now they are in construction phase as opposed to demolition of the building so I do not think it will be an issue....atleast it wasn't for us.

NOTE: Try to arrive on a Sunday and take advantage of the feria de Plaza Francia which is the park within a 2 minute walk from the hotel....great people watching and entertaining. They have this "street fair" also in San Telmo and different central plazas or parks in the city.
We were in a room on the second floor in the back that did not have a great view, but did have a balcony.....but rooms are so nice we didn't mind one bit.

“Recomendo”

Estivemos, eu e meu marido, e achamos o hotel muito bom. A localização é maravilhosa, no coração da Recoleta, com vários restaurantes, bares e lojas inclusive o shopping recoleta é ao lado, pode sair a pé caminhando sem nenhum problema. Nosso apartamento era no 7º andar de frente para o cemitério, muito calmo e sem barulhos. Café da manhã simples e muito bom, croissants maravilhosos e as garçonetes muito prestativas, pessoal simpático e prestativo. Roupas de cama ótimas. Apartamento grande com cama, sofás, mesa e duas cadeiras, microondas e frigobar, além do banheiro. Limpeza excelente. As toalhas são um pouco usadas mas no geral é ótimo. Recomendo.

“Localização previlegiada”

O hotel é muito bom. Acomodações confortavéis. Sistema de calefação. Banheiros reformados. Não possui área de lazer, mas não sentimos falta, pois Buenos Aires é auto-suficiente neste quesito. As janelas possuem vidro duplo que isolam praticamente todo o barulho da rua que é bem movimenta (cheia de bares e restaurantes). O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas tudo que é oferecido é bom. Quando voltar a Buenos Aires com certeza me hospedarei novamente no Urban Suites Recoleta.

Um hotel muito agradável que tem como ponto forte o conforto e tamanho das acomodações.
O serviço em geral pode melhorar, mas não compromete.
A vista dos quartos dá para o cemitério da Recoleta, o que para algumas pessoas, pode não agradar. Eu, particularmente, gostei...
Na redondeza, tem ótimas opções de restaurantes e lojas, além da feira de artesanato, nos finais de semana.

El hotel es el típico hotel boutique, de atención personalizada y amable. El desayuno es muy completo, la limpieza impecable. La ubicación es inmejorable. Muy recomendado

“Excelente opção na Recoleta!”

O hotel está muito bem localizado, tem quartos novos, muito limpos, com decoração "clean" e de muito bom gosto. O atendimento é excelente: funcionários muito prestativos e que dão excelentes dicas de passeios. Fui a turismo, mas a partir de agora, passarei a utilizar o Urban em minhas viagens a negócios também. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

“Great Hotel in Buenos Aires”

I just returned from BA and stayed 2 nights at Urban Suites Recoleta and was very impressed with my stay at Urban Suites. A friendly staff made you feel welcome staying there, They all spoke excellent English and seemed to care about your comfort while staying with them.

It is well located in a nice area that felt safe day and night. Lots of places to eat and explore close by. The Gelato place (Freddo) close to it was great.

The disco is closed but is being replaced by a new hotel so there can be some noise during construction but would be in the day when you are out. Very quiet at night though. Over-all I would highly recommend staying there.

The service was excellent and always went out of their way to be helpful
Outside looks very average but inside it was clean and functional and the rooms were spacious (as one would expect from a suite) and clean.
We felt to location was good- safe with lots of restauants around and the breakfasts were excellent.

“Una experiencia Inolvidable!”

Excelente ubicación, rodeada de restaurantes, bares y con una vista magnífica!! Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy bien decoradas.
El desayuno completo y el staff muy amigable. Muy recomendable!
